All our clients go through the same program, so they have the same plan.” (Treatment Planning M.A.T.R.S, 2007) This workshop will consider the DSM-5, ASAM, recent research and clinical experience to consider effective and useful treatment planning for substance use and co-occurring disorders. We will consider best practices in meeting the needs of clients relating to their goals, their diagnosis and their treatment plan.
