FASD Part IV: Screening and Brief Interventions - Reducing the Risk of an Alcohol-Exposed Pregnancy In this workshop, participants will learn about the foundation of FASDs, including the basic biomedical foundation, clinical issues and psycho-social-cultural aspects of FASDs. The participant also will learn how to provide services aimed at preventing alcohol-exposed pregnancies in women of childbearing age through screening and brief intervention for alcohol use.
