Eating Disorders: Overview, Assessment, Treatment Planning and Evidence Based Interventions This training is built for a clinical audience and is an overview of all facets of the Eating Disorder treatment spectrum. In this course, the learner will be exposed to the following topics: Eating Disorder overview that includes definitions, warning signs & symptoms, misconceptions that impact identification, common co-occurring diagnoses; Assessment practices; Multi-disciplinary approach to treatment (psychological, nutritional, psychiatric and medical); Interventions that include evidence-based modalities including ACT, DBT and others; Power of early prevention; and Statistics and Resources.
