In addition to learning more about Crisis Support Services of Nevada, you will build a deeper understanding about how to build rapport and listen to the client's story, understand how to help someone who is at risk, learn how to assess for lethality levels, help the person create a safety plan, and how you can initiate a welfare check for safety.
