Statutory, administrative and ethical requirements along with best practice ideas and processes will be discussed. We'll review the rules on mandated reporting for adults and adolescents, and will look at solutions and methods to enhance the client alliance and improve outcomes. This workshop will include examples of common breaches substantiated from actual investigations completed for the Board of Examiners for Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Counselors.
