Exclusive to Wyoming residents: Substance use and mental health treatment providers face many different and complex ethical issues. Concerns regarding dual relationships, scope of practice, and professional conduct frequently arise. In this course, these and other ethical issues will be discussed in the context of Wyoming Rules and Regulations related to the Mental Health Licensing Board. This workshop will include a discussion on ethical codes related to each specific professional license and certification in Wyoming. A section of this training will address and discuss ethical dilemma’s related to the use of technology in treatment.
