This workshop will include a review the current ethical standards set out in the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 641C. These standards will be compared to the ethical standards of other mental health practitioners and professional groups. In this workshop participants will discuss and practice resolving ethical issues from a variety of relevant scenarios. The participants will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of their ethical responsibilities in an ever-changing professional arena that presents frequent challenges to providers.
