Smoking tobacco products causes more deaths per year than illegal drugs, alcohol, motor vehicle accidents and murder combined. Smoking Cessation has many things in common with recovery from addiction to substances of abuse, however there are also unique issues in smoking cessation that will maximize client benefits. Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to encourage clients to quit smoking tobacco products, plan and implement an effective treatment plan, and identify when to integrate smoking cessation into the client treatment plan.
