This experiential presentation explores and expands theories and methodologies useful to recovery protection from addictions. By integrating core theories of recovery, yoga, and family systems, this workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to enhance their cognitive approaches with effective mind, body, spirit connections and techniques for both individuals and families.
